Bijou's story began with two sisters, a shared passion for crafting delicious desserts and unique drinks, and a dream of creating something special for the community


For five years, we ran a small home-based business, sharing our creations through pop-ups, festivals, and local events. With hard work, dedication, and the incredible support of our community, we turned our dream into reality by opening our very first Bijou storefront in the heart of Houston's Chinatown.
